How It Works

  • Step 1: Select a date - all calls before this date will be deleted
  • Step 2: System unlinks leads from these calls (sets call_log_id to NULL)
  • Step 3: Call history is deleted, but all lead data is preserved
  • Step 4: WAL checkpoint runs to immediately free disk space

What's Preserved

  • All lead records (bot_conversation_logs)
  • QA data, AI summaries, call_status
  • Lead quality scores and human feedback
  • Contact information and campaigns
